Data Deletion Instructions

At PD&D, LLC, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. If you wish to delete your personal information from our systems, please follow the steps below:​

For Users Who Logged in via Facebook:

If you used your Facebook account to log in to our services:​

1. Go to your Facebook account’s “Settings & Privacy”.​
2. Click on “Settings”.​
3. Navigate to “Security and Login”.
4. Under “Apps and Websites”, you will see all the apps linked to your Facebook account.​
5. Find and select “PD&D” from the list of connected apps.
6. Click “Remove” to unlink our app from your Facebook account.​

For Direct Account Holders:

If you created an account directly with us:​

1. Send an email to support@pd-d.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.​
2. In the email, include your full name and the email address associated with your account.​
3. Specify that you are requesting the deletion of your personal data.​

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and process your data deletion request within 30 days.​

Please note that deleting your data will result in the loss of access to our services associated with your account.
